This policy explains what information EDGE AI (“we”, “us”) collects when you use edgeai-sp.com, how we use it, and your rights. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you voluntarily submit it on the Pro waitlist form. We store it to contact you about the Pro launch.
• Anonymous usage analytics — via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, we collect aggregate, privacy-friendly metrics (page views, performance, approximate country, device type). This uses no cookies and does not identify you personally.

We do not collect names, payment details, or precise location, and we do not track you across other sites.

How we use it

• To notify you when Pro becomes available (waitlist emails only).
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and to improve performance.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Service providers

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf: Vercel(hosting and analytics), Neon (database), and football/odds data providers. They may process data outside your country; we only share what is necessary to run the service.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time. Under Israel’s Privacy Protection Law and the EU GDPR (where applicable), you may have rights of access, correction, deletion and objection. To exercise any right, email nivgurwork@gmail.com and we’ll action it promptly. You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time.

Data retention & security

We keep waitlist emails only for as long as needed for the Pro launch, then delete them on request or when no longer needed. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission is 100% secure.
